PODCASTS BUILT AROUND BETTER QUESTIONS

For over 8 years, I’ve produced long-form podcasts from the idea stage through the final cut, with a focus on research, strong framing, and conversations that dive into unexpected areas. My work covers guest development, deep research, topic selection, question design, narrative structure, recording, editorial direction, post-production, and packaging across audio, YouTube, and short-form platforms.

Through The Zach Show, I’ve produced and hosted hundreds of interviews across science, healthcare, philosophy, culture, and technology, generating more than 2 million downloads and 23 million views across platforms. Past guests include FINNEAS, Andy Weir, Jess Glynne, Mark Normand, Dr. Dorothy Roberts, Noah Kahan, Steven Kotler, Agent Steve Murphy, and hundreds more.

I also created and hosted the All About Kids Podcast, working with clinicians, educators, parents, and specialists to turn complicated and sensitive subjects into clear, engaging conversations. Over time, the All About Kids podcast and its surrounding content ecosystem accounted for nearly 50% of incoming provider and child referrals, turning what began as a pandemic-era experiment into one of the company’s most effective marketing tools.

I focus on finding the part of the story that’s worth talking about, preparing deeply to get beyond the obvious, autopilot answers, and building the episode around a compelling narrative with a beginning, middle, and end to keep audiences listening.

MARKETING BUILT AROUND WHAT MOVES PEOPLE

For over 9 years, I led marketing at All About Kids, one of the largest pediatric therapy agencies on the East Coast, with a focus on growing both sides of the business: helping families find care and attracting the clinicians needed to serve them. I built strategy across organic search, social, content, email, recruitment marketing, web, brand, and digital campaigns, with no paid advertising budget to rely on.

Over nine years, organic website traffic grew 212% (23.5% average annual growth), parent referrals increased 140% (15.5% annually), provider retention improved 88% (9.7% annually), and social engagement grew 8x over the same period. I drove growth by continuously improving search, content, social, recruitment marketing, website UX, and conversion paths based on performance data and the content audiences were actually responding to.

I also led a full website redesign, reworked parent-facing messaging and intake systems, and introduced AI into the marketing workflow for creative testing, LLM visibility, reporting, and content development.

My approach has always been to understand what the parents and providers were genuinely looking for, create content that answered that need, and build a system that turned attention into action. The goal was never more content for the sake of it, but to make All About Kids easier to discover, understand, and choose as an agency.
